Vic Mietus is a Canadian-Polish multidisciplinary artist specializing in comics, illustration, animation, and pixel art. Confidently exploring themes of grief, longing, abuse, and quiet introspection, her work often swings between humourous and heartbreaking. Bright poppy colours invite you in, and the moody intention beneath the surface asks you to linger.
Using art and poetry as a means of processing the world around her, Vic translates the subtle hum of existence into something tangible and shareable. Whether it’s insightful, bittersweet, heart wrenching, goofy- every piece is a hand reaching out, hoping for a connection.
